    I believe first comment did not go thru. It said "email address must match." Anyway, I would hope this Act is enforced so these "speculator" who product no product or jobs be controlled to only 10% profit on their speculations. Our Founding Fathers did not anticipate such corruptions as done by these speculators.!!!
