It is time to cap the oil speculators from causing so much hardship for businesses that require fuel to operate and from draining the pockets of consumers. We know that there are centers that manipulate through high speed computers so many transactions between the players. It is time to reign in the abuse by these manipulators and capping oil speculators either at a transaction level or if the price goes beyond a certain level may be the only way to stop these vultures. Everyone suffers for the few to have excess profits. I call this parasitic capitalism and it is time to stop their hijinks. Level the playing field, please.
