I am in favor of regulating the speculation on oil, gas, natural gas, etc. The rampant speculation has caused incredible hardship and has been criminal - morally if not legally at this point. Reigning in the gamblers of our future will help ensure stability in the world's markets and reasonable costs and growth. It will also ensure that no one makes a killing off the backs of the working classes.
