To The Commission,
I do not believe that financial speculators should have the ability to manipulate and control the prices of commodities that global citizens require as a part of life in our modern world. There is enough room for their speculative investments in other realms that do not affect the day to day functioning of hard working people who are simply trying to raise their families, support their communities, and make ends meet.
One major role of government is to protect its citizenry from outside forces that seek undo influence and control over them. Tightening these rules and setting limtis on speculators will go a long way to protect us all.
