I would like to see the CFTC promulgate new rules that limit speculating on oil. I understand that oil prices were very high about six years ago because of wild speculation, i.e., people making money without producing any tangible product yet hurting all the folks who rely on gasoline to get to work. Currently prices are much lower and could go lower still if speculation is limited, which works to the benefit of most everyday people. It would be great to see speculation eliminated, but if it must exist, let's have no more than 10%. Thank you.
