The US economy has been transformed from an industrial base benefiting many to a financial base -- with the spoils going to a smaller and smaller number of people.
For this reason, the CTFC should be reigning in speculators as intended by the passage of Dodd-Frank.
Pass (and enforce!) the rules to limit speculation on the 28 core markets.
