I strongly support placing severe limitations on the dealings of "investors" who speculate on oil futures. These people essentially are gamblers who attempt to make money by driving up the price of oil and thereby raising the cost of living for the entire nation. Such "investors" create nothing by their financial manipulations; instead they suck the life's blood from the economy.
