Stop the greedy speculators for the good of ALL Americans, instead of just a few. When the price of oil has NOTHING to do with the supply, the whole economic health of our communities suffer. Wall Street greed needs to be curtailed and REGULATED. Glass Steagel would be best, but the new rules seem to be working.
