Please enact regulations to limit speculation in commodities such as , including crude oil, fuel oil, gasoline, and natural gas. Average americans require access to these commodities for daily life, and as such are a captive market for rich speculators who's profits come from our pockets, while they contribute nothing put price increases to the economy when they engage in this speculative buying.
