    Comment Text:

Speculation is risky behavior, and the major banks don't want to have curbs on their ability to gamble as they see fit while ignoring the fact that their behavior can and does have dire consequences for the general public and taxpayers.

Please put some regulations in place that will safeguard the cost of oil/ gasoline and other commodities and products. We should not allow the Big Banks and Speculators to control the markets for everyday consumer products and risk another serious blow to our and the world's economy.

The Banks/ speculators have proven that without regulation they will continue their risky financial practices until they bring the economy down - while they are making money all the way along. The taxpayers of America deserve to have relations in place to stop these greedy individuals, funds, investment houses, and banks from gambling with our tax dollars.

I strongly support regulation of the speculators, and you should put the rules in place to stop this behavior.

    Respectfully submitted.
