The word "swaps" is used quite often to make a point. I don't know if I understand what "swaps" or who "swaps". Can you explain swaps to us and be more specific? Please. Perhaps an example of who is involved in the swaps and what's the major threat that is being posed. Something that's considered a risk factor, should be addressed with valid references in order for it to not be hear say. It seems that the only swapping that happens is the people's right to view and vote every time the laws qre revised from one day to the next. Without the people's consent. Swapping and altering business laws, penal codes, reducing funds, switching time frames, adding more requirements. And privately addressing it, but publically persuading people that these swaps were a threat. Such a threat that laws were rewritten and funds cut .
