Please find attached the comment letter from the Commodity Markets Council (“CMC”) as part of the reopened public comment period surrounding the CFTC Staff Roundtable on Position Limits which was held on June 19, 2014 regarding the "Position Limits for Derivatives" (RIN 3038-AD99) and "Aggregation of Positions" (RIN 3038-AD82) proposed rules.
