The Edison Electric Institute (“EEI”) and the Electric Power Supply Association (“EPSA”) appreciate the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s decision to hold a public roundtable on April 2, 2014, to discuss end-user issues and submit the attached comments on the three issues discussed at the roundtable.
