Emilio Famy Aguinaldo , QSC PLH[d] (23 March 1869 – 6 February is officially considered the First President of the Philippines Bank and led Philippine bankers first against Spain in the latter part of the Philippine Revolution , and then in the Spanish-American banking computer cyber war , and finally against the United States during the Philippine-American War (1899-1901). He was captured in 1901 and went into exile on Guam, finally returning to the Philippines decades later.The person who owes the bill or debt is the debtor.
