I operate a small heating oil business of which a large portion of my customers are elderly. I have watched heating oil prices climb amost 40 cents per gallon in a few short weeks due to excessive speculation in the heating oil market. How do I tell my customers that they must pay an enormous amount more due to rampant speculation?
