Managed Funds Association (MFA) submits this comment letter in response to IF 13-004, Certification from Javelin SEF, LLC to Implement Available-to-Trade Determinations for Certain Interest Rate Swaps, as amended. This comment letter is also being submitted in response to IF 13-005, Certification from trueEX, LLC to Implement Available-to-Trade Determinations for Certain Interest Rate Swaps, and IF 13-007, Certification from TW SEF LLC to Implement Available-to-Trade Determinations for Certain Interest Rate and Credit Default Swaps (interest rate swaps only).
