Managed Funds Association (MFA) submits this comment letter in response to IF 13-005, Certification from trueEX, LLC to Implement Available-to-Trade Determinations for Certain Interest Rate Swaps. This comment letter is also being filed in response to IF13-007, Certification from TW SEF LLC to Implement Available-to-Trade Determinations for Certain Interest Rate Swaps and Credit Default Swaps (with respect to interest rate swaps only); and IF13-004, Certification from Javelin SEF, LLC to Implement Available-to-Trade Determinations for Certain Interest Rate Swaps.
