The Dodd Frank act does no one realize that it is the problem in America. In 1930 banks started creating money by loaning it. Today since the Dodd Frank act only about 75% of Americans can borrow money and they work for corporate America as a rule. Small business and contractors as well as salesman are not allowed to borrow money under the guidelines of Dodd Frank. The Government will have to downsize unless it is changed. Growth is limited to corporate America when it comes to borrowing to grow as most need to do.
