After having read the article in the NY Times of May, 1, 2013, I feel required to write in support of Chairman Gensler. I encourage you to stick to your guns and not compromise your tough position on derivatives. The bankers, lobbyists and others seeking
"relief" are seeking to retain corrupt and dangerous procedures for the sake of excessive income and at the expense of their clients. We desperately need 3 commissioners to stand tall for the citizens.
I had a conversation with Chairman Volcker recently , and upon questioning what he would do to solve the banking crisis, his comment was "let them just be banks". AMEN
