    I support the proposed requirements that all overseas trades of American institutions and overseas trades of foreign institutions with American branches be subject to the policing powers of the CFTC. These powers should subject all financial derivative trades to scrutiny of the CFTC, despite the protestations of the subject financial institutions. Thank you.
