I am a small country elevator. The proposal suggests I may need to send margin money quicker and possibly more frequent. Could I expect excess funds to be delivered to me at the same speed and frequency? Isn't sending funds faster, more risky for me? I'm trying to avoid risk. I still don't have my money from MF Global. I have already lowered my exposure to the futures markets because what I thought was my money, being kept separate, was not.
