Good morning Mr Secretary
thank you for the opportunity to air my view regarding the proposed regulation.
Am a trader in Africa and I regret that by changing the leverage from 100:1 to 10:l will mean doom for small forex traders
such as myself. This change ideally means one has to have at least $2500 to open an account and be able to trade at least
one lot. ! wonder how many small investors can afford this.
Kindly rethink this issue.
