Please see attached. This public comment was provided in conjunction with CME Submission 12-391, the initial filing in which the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. requested Commission approval, under 40.5 of the Commission’s regulations, to adopt New Chapter 10 (“Regulatory Reporting of Swap Data”) and New Rule 1001 (“Regulatory Reporting of Swap Data”) of CME’s Rulebook. The Commission intends to take this comment into consideration.
