Kripke Enterprises is a non-ferrous brokerage company based in Toledo, Ohio, with a second trading office in Boca Raton, Florida. Our company is 20 years old and we have 16 employees. We utilize hedging in order to protect our risk. We learned a lot about the risk we were unknowingly taking during the MF Global collapse. We applaud and support the position of ISRI (the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries). We appreciate the extra protection you are proposing that we, as customers, will be afforded, but we encourage you to go a little further.
