Please find attached the Comments of Petitioners California Independent System Operator Corporation (“CAISO”), Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Inc. (“ERCOT”), ISO New England Inc. (“ISO-NE”), Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc. (“MISO”), New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”), and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“PJM”) (each an Independent System Operator (“ISO”) or Regional Transmission Organization (“RTO”) and, together, the “Petitioners”). Petitioners appreciate the opportunity to comment on the Proposed Order and Request for Comment.
