Please don't allow major financial corporations to avoid regulations designed to ensure a safe and prosperous future for everyone by letting them conduct high-risk trades through overseas affiliates; this kind of behavior guts the legislation designed to keep the country safe from irresponsible and egregious financial dealings and virtually guarantees a future repeat of the 2008 recession and/or bailouts (with the resultant destructive effects on the economy and people's lives).
