The efforts made to design the Dodd-Frank Act were intended (I assume) to hamper and not to enhance the nefarious actions of loophole manipulators.
The Commission has the burden of making decisions which could be responsive to the masses who have been victims of the manipulators or fall into the trap of influences by the self-serving manipulators.
The desired outcome would be to eliminate the loopholes and be proud of making the right decision.
I have respect for your responsability....may you have respect for my input!
