I am heavy invested in real estate properties, real estate companies and in the real estate services industry. It would be great if I could take these companies to an country and do business there to avoid all the real estate regulated business and avoid the oversight of my transaction by federal and state regulators, such as the Arizona Department of Real Estate and Arizona Department of Financial Insitutions and other regulations that impact the real estate industry. But this should not happen and it should not happen with other kinds of investments. If they deal with American investors and American investments they should be regulated by American regulations.
