The one biggest request i'd like to place my vote for and that is NAMED SEGREGATED ACCOUNTS in the client's name deposited in the holding bank. With the sophistication of computers, software, and the internet connectivity there is no technical reason this could not be done. I believe this would 100% prevent the loss of client funds due to broker collapse or fraud along with all your other checks.
Account INSURANCE would be a 2nd vote but, i'm only for this if we clients don't have to pay much for it.
