The CFTC needs to impliment strengthen and enforce the Wall Street
Reform and Consumer Protection Act (``Dodd-Frank Act'') to protect us citizens from unethical practices by Wall Street traders. Investment banks need to be separated from regular banks. Banks need to be re-regulated for there to be fair commerce.
