Dear Sir,
As a moderator of a stock market related site http://www.stockmaniacs.net I personally felt US laws are more clear and we should also have this type of CFTC rules on F&O trading in growing countries, being a citizen of India. In our country we have a governing body called SEBI, but rules are still not set to fight scams.
