Speculators have driven the cost of fuel into a sense-less frenzy of greed and personal profit. New and transparent regulations must be put in place to circumvent this avenue of theft for those not raised morally. There is nothing worse than an educated thief. This is not just a money issue; this is a national survival issue and even a Senior Citizen that's been robbed repeatedly and is totally fed up can put up quite a fight. Initiate regulations before this crashes America - Again... (and don't forget to remove the loopholes).
