commenter_comments: It appears that America's so-called freedom to
trade does not exist. The rest of the investment
world hates US residents and does not allow us to
trade CFD products, participate in high leverage
trading at 400:1 and 500: 1, and spread betting.
Leverage is not the problem. CFTC and NFA
    regulation is.
As an American, residing in the US, we should have
the same opportunities and our European
counterparts. At present, we don't because
Americans are being discriminated due to rules and
regulations imposed by the CFTC and NFA that take
    away our "freedoms".
I propose that the CFTC and NFA either loosen
regulations or be dismantled as an organization.
