I dont agree with the new leverge rules. I wont be able to trade in the US, and have to look into moving overseas.
Rule the big money, but please leave us small investors something other that a poor mans 401k, to invest in. The
big money got us here to this point, not the small guy. This rule will only hurt the small guy.
