Dear Secretary,
I strongly disagree the proposed change of leverage to 10:1. This will in make trading impossible for me and many traders
who are trading with appropriate stops and risk management yet do not have a lot of capital.
It will also force most of this business off shore.
Please leave the leverage at the current 100:1.
