Margin Requirement
I am not sure who your trying to prevent from trading, but changing the margin requirement from
100:1 to 10:1 is just a sure fired way of taking most traders out of the market. Worse yet it would
force traders to go to off shore or brokers that are not members of the CFTC OR NFA
