Your job CFTC is to protect Americans from high speculation on gasoline prices. The current high prices have a 40% increase due to speculation and not due to supply or demand. You say that "While we currently set and enforce position limits on certain agricultural products, we do not do so for energy markets. " Why not? Why are you not protecting Americans from high gas prices?
