To Whom It May Concern:
Why are you not stopping the speculators from falsely raising the price of oil? This is a difficult time for everyone except the oil companies to survive and we are paying more for gas then the law of supply and demand would decree. Please enforce the law that was passed by congress to prevent this gouging. Thank you.
