Dear Mr. Gensler:
When will you follow the law and enforce ALL of the Dodd-Frank Act? In particular, curbs on EXCESSIVE SPECULATION IN OIL FUTURES!!!
It is instances like your foot-dragging and catering to money rich special interests that are fueling much of the protests outside Wall Street!
