Mr. Gensler,
I am writing to urge action on oil speculation as it currently is allowed. Greater restraints are required on Brent Oil especially. An effective way to control this big money speculation might be to increase the margins and control the nature of the positions. The economy and the citizenry of the United States are footing the bill for the wealthy. Thank you for looking into this issue.
