Dear Commodity Futures Trading Commission:
According to Senator B. Sanders, interviewed on Jim Cramer's Mad Money last night, the Dodd-Frank Act required you to limit speculation. Yet you have done nothing.
What is your job?
Are you on the public payroll or that of hedge funds and other speculators?
The extra dollar paid at the pump sucks about $10 billion a month from the economy, IMHO making oil speculation the most effective anti-stimulus program going. Moreover, people cannot afford to drive to work. The unemployed cannot afford to seek work. Many seniors on fixed incomes will not be able to heat their homes this winter.
Why have you not acted?
Sincerely,
Albert Henderson
