Gary Gensler,
I am writing to insist that the Dodd-Frank rules prohibiting oil speculation (passed in Jan) be enforced. The margin requirements must be raised now (among other things) and the law needs to be enforced now as well. For American's to be forced to pay artificially inflated gas prices at the pump because the government is unwilling to enforce the laws in a timely fashion is unconscionable.
The public is waking up to this issue and it's your responsibility to stand up for average American's like myself on this issue.
I would appreciate a formal response to my inquiry and complaint.
