I am truly disgusted with the lack of regulation regarding speculators - oil speculators fueled by any number of worldwide fears, wheat speculators concerned that the Texas drought will adversely affect the supply of wheat, gasoline speculators fearful that a hurricane 3000 miles away will shut down Gulf Coast refineries. I'll bet there are speculators that speculate on speculators. It is truly disgusting.
REIN THEM IN. Enforce the regulations on the books. If a new piece of legislation needs a sponsor, get it sponsored and pushed through Congress.
