To Whom It May Concern -
It seems like prices of the most essential goods, energy and food, are wildly unpredictable. I've read that speculators still have a huge role in determining those prices. This seems an irrational market. Anything that can be done to reign in speculation on the basic essentials that hurt so many consumers is important now. Limits on the worst speculation is essential.
