To the members of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission,
It is crucial that your commission impose meaningful position limits concerning our current market instability. Without meaningful position limits trading commissions will be blind to any major commodity shares that could intentionally manipulate market prices. The US Markets need meaningful position limits to assist in stabilizing fairer market values.
