I am deeply concerned about Wall Street speculation driving up the costs of oil, wheat and other goods, costing the American consumers untold sums. I urge you to stop speculators from interfering with the price of food and energy and to impose meaningful position limits. This is a vital step in saving consumers money they can put into the market in other ways to help our economy.
