Commodity Futures Trade Commission
Mr. Gensler
Your commission has failed to enforce The Dodd-Frank ruling and large oil speculators are making out like bandits while the average citizen is losing.
Instead of trading out of sight of the public, make trading transparent and have these speculators trade on regulated exchanges.
You are 9 months too late...let's have strong rules and get some action now.
