    Dear Director Gentsler & company,

    For the sake of the defense of the USA, please enforce the Dod-Frank rules as regards Speculators in the crude oil market. The high prices they cause at the gas pump may enrich them, but they are draining the wealth of the USA. Obviously they are exceedingly straining the living standards of average Americans.

    Please take action right away.
