    There are continuing problems caused by market speculators adversely affecting consumer markets and prices for essential commodities.
    These markets/trading mechanism operate under CFTC rules and regulations and are apparently manipulated by traders at consumer expense.
    The basis for the conspicuous profit taking seems based on CFTC rules that put limits on the physical contracts but none on those settled for cash.
    Please review and adjust CFTC rules to provide protection of consumer markets/prices for essential goods.

    Regulators, even though given a clear directive from Congress to reduce excessive speculation, are still acting in Wall Street's favor and not acting quickly enough to protect American consumers.
