I am not sure if this is the correct area to place this comment.
I do not believe that commodities traders, should be able to control, the price of gasoline and diesel fuel, or any other commodity for that matter. For trading purposes stocks and commodities should be priced according to demand for that individual stock.
Demand at the pump or at the grocery store, should be regulated, according to supply and demand, for that individual food or fuel product. A separation is absolutely mandatory. What a person or trader is willing to pay for a stock should have no bearing on the actual price of that item.
